Dues & Forms

As of 2023, season dues for all members are $125, paid in full regardless of participation cycles. Payments can be made via PayPal or by check to Plymouth Concert Band. Note that PayPal incurs an additional convenience fee, which you have the option of covering. Checks can be handed to the board treasurer anytime. For questions about dues or payment, please contact the music director or board treasurer.

Please complete the member information form below. The Plymouth Concert Band keeps these records for administrative and grant reporting purposes. Your information is kept private. Only fill out this form if you are a new member, returning after an extended hiatus, or need to update your information. Your new submission will replace any records we currently have.
