PCB Presents: Colors with Guest Artist Dr. Rachel E. Haug
The PCB is proud to feature Dr. Rachel Haug as our guest artist for our Finale concert, Colors.
A freelance flutist, orchestral musician, and private instructor, Rachel Haug is the Adjunct Flute Instructor at Winona State University and Director of Flute Sales for Schmitt Music. She holds the principal flute position with the Winona Symphony and is the first-call substitute flute/piccolo with the La Crosse Symphony Orchestra. Additionally, she maintains an active private studio in the Twin Cities, and her students are consistently selected for membership in All-State, honors ensembles, and festivals. Dr. Haug holds a DMA and MM in flute performance from The Ohio State University, where she studied with Katherine Borst Jones, and a BA from Luther College under the instruction of Dr. Carol Hester. Her doctoral research, An Introduction to Twentieth-Century Flute Music by Norwegian Composers, seeks to broaden awareness of the available flute repertoire. Dr. Haug has performed as a featured soloist at the National Band Association-Wisconsin Chapter convention, and with the Winona Symphony Orchestra and Winona State University Wind Ensemble. She is featured on the Naxos recordings Network and Rest, and in the 2008 Emmy Award-winning production, Christmas at Luther. She has toured with ensembles throughout the United States, Europe, and Japan.

PCB Presents: Holiday Concert
The Plymouth Concert Band is pleased to invite you to the Holiday concert performance of our 2021-2022 Season. This concert will be in person and livestreamed!
The program includes A Christmas Flourish, the Hallelujah Chorus, Fanfare and Hark, arrangements of some well and lesser known carols/hymns, and other pieces sure to put you in the holiday spirit. See you there!

We are so excited to be back, and making wonderful music together. We invite you to share in the celebration of the return to live music on October 30th, for our first concert of the 2021-2022 Season! We are hard at work, preparing a joyous concert to celebrate our return, and we hope you’ll join us.
Our Celebration concert will be on October 30th, at 3pm, at Wayzata High School in Plymouth. Please note, we encourage the use of face coverings in accordance with Wayzata Schools Community Education Program’s COVID-19 guidance.

PCB Presents: Collage Concert: Women In Music
We are excited to share with you a Collage of ensembles and repertoire in our surround-sound performance of chamber music and full ensemble pieces. Featuring the Plymouth Concert Band and the Wayzata High School Wind Symphony, this concert is eclectic and fast-paced. You never know where the next piece might be coming from. The theme for this years Collage concert is Women In Music, with music composed by Julie Giroux, Carol Britten Chambers, Anne McGinty, and other talented female artists! This multidirectional performance takes place on Sunday, March 8th at 4 PM in the Wayzata High School Auditorium. As always, there will be a reception following the performance with refreshments, we look forward to seeing you!

Please join the Plymouth Concert Band for our annual Holiday Concert, The Night Before Christmas. Repertoire includes traditional holiday favorites, some surprises, and Bill Holcombe’s “T’was the Night Before Christmas” with a narration of the traditional poem by Clement Clark Moore.

Plymouth Concert Band is excited to present our first installment of the 2019-2020 performance season, 'Percy Grainger & Friends'! This performance will feature a great deal of comforting pieces that make you feel right at home in our performance hall.
